On 9/26/16 I got a flat tire in Dennis and had to have AAA tow the car to Hyannis Toyota, as AAA did not have a special tool to release the lug nut. It was almost closing time, and I would have “been stuck in Hyannis” for the night if it weren’t for Robert Knott. He found a technician to (somehow get the tire off) and changed the tire for me. Also, he suggested that since I didn’t have the special tool to change tires, and that I was about to drive to Florida, he suggested the technician remove all the lug nuts, and replace them with a standard size. They both saved the day for me. Very professional, kind, and I feel, a true asset to your company.

I just wanted you to know that Robert, and whoever the technician was, went beyond the call of duty and got me out of a terrible jam. Please extend my thanks to them both.

This week I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Prius from Hyannis Toyota.

I had been working with Jack Moloney via Email and phone for several weeks and, because I live on Martha’s Vineyard, I bought the car without seeing it or driving it but based on research and reputation.

I found Jack to be communicative and informative when it came to answering all my questions, and he worked diligently to be able to secure the trade-in price that I needed to seal the deal. Needless to say, like most consumers today, I shopped around the Southeastern Massachusetts area but kept circling back to Hyannis Toyota because of Jack. He was attentive in his follow-up when he didn’t hear from me for several days always asking what else I needed to confirm the purchase.

My husband and I picked up “my” new car on Wednesday and have been exploring its capabilities ever since.

In early October, my wife and I drove from Cincinnati to Cape Cod in our Lexus ES 330. As we arrived at our friend’s house in Yarmouth, we noticed an unusual whirring sound under the hood. Early the next morning, I called your dealership and explained my dilemma. I spoke with Karen Judge, and she understood my need for immediate help, and offered me an appointment at 9:00am. Mechanic Theo took a test drive with me, and later diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator. He also explained some additional problems he found during that diagnosis. Karen quickly followed with cost estimates and a very prompt schedule for having all the work done during our short stay on the Cape. A very friendly shuttle drive named Jimmy took me back to our friend’s house in Yarmouth. All this initial diagnosis occurred within an hour Wow! And, the car was ready for pick up exactly when Karen promised. I have kept my car’s maintenance current, but no one can predict when a problem like my alternator might occur. For us, it was extremely poor timing to have it happen so far from home. However, the service and support your dealership provided was simply outstanding, and saved me significant travel, time, and effort, had I gone to the nearest Lexus dealer about 60 miles away. It also made our stay in Cape Cod much more enjoyable.

I recently brought my 2013 RAV4 into the Hyannis Toyota Service Center for a regular maintenance inspection and a minor mechanical repair. It took 2 visits because a part had to be ordered. Justin Brandt was the Service Advisor who handled my visits. He was one of the Best Advisor who I ever dealt with. He did everything perfectly, from being polite and courteous, to keeping me informed throughout the process. He made me feel that I was an important customer. He did everything to make sure I was satisfied with his and the Center’s service. Because of Justin, I would not hesitate to continue to use the Hyannis Service Center or recommend it to my friends.

I just wanted to share with you my experience that I had last week @ the Toyota dealership. My boyfriend (Chris Corna) and I walked into the dealership on a very tight schedule last Thursday. We were both on vacation and he NEEDED a new car (due to the fact he is a teacher and his schedule is fixed) , we literally needed to get a car in 1 day. Jack Moloney approached us, we sat down and the magic happened. Being a retail manager for the past 20+ years, customer service and sincerity is extremely important to me. Jack was genuine, sincere, honest, personable and really interested in helping us find a car that would best suit Chris’ needs and budget. We went for a couple of test drives the second we went alone, Jack needed to assist a customer who came in from Wednesday. Needless to say his skill for multitasking and breakaway was perfect. Never did we feel pushed aside or neglected. Knowing the other customer did not either, solidified my decision that we were buying this car from Jack today.

We then met Rob Iodice from the finance dept. I can’t tell you the fun We had with him. He was very informative, sincere, genuine, and HONEST (from finance)!!!

We went in a half an hour early to meet with Rob Friday, cuz we knew it would just be way to much fun. Needless to say the car was purchased, Chris is beyond happy, which was the main point . I live off Cape , and also drive a Toyota. I don’t have to tell you that I personally will be buying my next Toyota from Jack,( yes that means I will travel ON to the Cape) crazy I know. I really appreciate and expect good customer service. But for a car dealership to give OUTSTANDING customer service from the beginning to the end and then after is a delight. You should feel privileged to have them on your team.

I had met jack previous at adifferect toyota dealership when I found out he was my sales man at hyannis I felt like I was going to visit an old friend. Recently, I had service on the 2004 ForeRunner I’ve owned for years. Recall last year – your service team addressed a transmission issue & you & Rachel went above all expectations to navigate through to a complete resolution of the problem. As you know – it was somewhat of a protracted process – yet you & your team were insistent that the issue was properly addressed & any expense on my end was mitigated to a level of fairness I never would have expected from another dealership. I want to thank you again for that outstanding performance from your service team.
Last week I needed to address an unexpected issue with your team. Once again – the ‘customer experience’ across all levels of interaction was ‘exceptional’. Service arrangements were made ‘promptly’ & the service intake process was reassuring – insistent it would likely be something that could be simply addressed. Upon arrival for the appointment – Meaghan Hughes noted the issue – reviewed any additional outstanding recalls (there were) & quickly formulated a plan to address ALL necessary items. As work progressed – she briefed me on progress & noted that the technician felt uncomfortable about the level of corrosion noted on the frame as he was addressing the index issue. She next suggested a plan. The ‘Toyota Representative’ was scheduled for a routine dealership visit the following day. She suggested leaving the vehicle so that the representative could asses the corrosion as part of a Toyota program that is in play to deal with models ravaged by the ‘corrosive environment of northern climates’. Suffice it to say – I was not aware of any such program – but Meaghan took the initiative – made sure I understood what steps were required & followed through on nailing down the approval to be included in the program. Along with her outstanding service guidance – she helped facilitate a ‘loaner’ through Dan McMillan. Dan took the ‘baton’ & within 5 minutes had me in a loaner -on my way to deal with my commitments.
I have to say – my experiences with Hyannis Toyota through the years has always been one of the most impressive of any dealership – or business entity I’ve done business with. Your impact on guiding your team is really something special & it has translated into something truly different. I come into your dealership & these are the words that describe & envelop the experience – TRUST-HONESTY-CUSTOMER CENTRIC-CONVIENIENT-SUPERLATIVE WORK CULTURE…. Let me preface this by saying; I have never liked buying new vehicles, dealerships or salespeople. I always found them too pushy and only caring about the sale. Until I came to Hyannis Toyota, everyone was professional and fun to deal with.
A friend had just leased her second car from them and knew I was in the market for a new car, so she suggested I go with her to see her salesman Tim Fenney. Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. Tim was professional yet a lot of fun and it made the whole process great. I feel Tim got me the best deal possible. I never felt pressured to close the deal and could have walked away at anytime. We arrived at the dealership at 4pm and left at 8pm. After finally deciding on the car and color I wanted. We went back in showroom and the lights were being shut off. I asked what time does dealership close. Tim smiled and said an hour and a half ago. But the people that needed to stay and finish the deal did and never made me feel it was an inconvenience. I leased my new Camry and am over the moon happy with it. Hyannis Toyota will now be my dealership and Tim Fenney will be my salesman.

We had an older Toyota (2001 Prius) in for service. During the service work, they discovered much needed work (we were unaware of the extent until then). Given the expense was more than the car was likely worth, service directed us to Tim in sales. Tim is not only a very personable. energetic individual, he happens to be extremely knowledgeable on all the features of the cars. He listened to our useage, comfort needs, and desire to continue owning a solid, relable hybrid vehilce. He was quite patient while showing the features and limitations of each of the car types. We finally selected a new PriusV and he helped us through all the steps neede to purtchase the vehicle. We got it all accomplished in a one day. Seemed like Tim spent nearly his whole day with us even though we knew he had many thing on his plate. Plenty of energy, likeable, and thorough in follow-through – we will have no problem recommending your dealership to our friends and in particular pointing them to Tim. We’ve seen many a sales person over the years but Tim engenders that feeling of caring for us and our needs which we have rarely seen.

If I had a million dollars, I would buy a car from JR Riley every day of the week. Maybe two around the holidays.
I was nervous about leasing my first car and didn’t have a ton of experience or car knowledge to go on. JR was friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful during my new car adventure. Last year in May I bought a Camry SE from JR Riley and he was by far the Best car salesman I have ever encountered. It doesn’t stop there because now I service my car in Hyannis even though I live in Foxboro. So not only do they have great salesmen, Hyannis Toyota also has great service professionals. Meaghan Hughes was a breath of fresh air and an absolute delight the day I brought my car in for service. It is hard to find friendly and polite customer service these days but Hyannis Toyota has found a star in Meaghan. Usually when I go to other dealers they try to push other services for your car that you don’t need but Meaghan was professional and did not push extra services for my car. I would recommend buying and servicing your car at Hyannis Toyota because they truly hire great employees.

After going to a few other dealerships on Cape Cod searching for a new car I was VERY discouraged and was ready to just give up. I didn’t need to replace my car but knew that I would in the near future so I was looking around. With good credit and ability to buy a car I thought it would be simple and easy. Go pick out a car, test drive, negotiate a deal, sign and drive away. I got as far as picking out a car and test driving and then, well, leaving very discouraged. When I walked into Hyannis Toyota a very nice lady greeted me and the salesman came over right away. He was not pushy. He talked with me and asked me what I was looking for. He wanted to understand what I wanted, my price range, etc so he could help me find the car I wanted.. not so he could push me into any one particular car. I felt as though he was helping me get exactly what I wanted. I could afford a more expensive car but I saw a used one that I really liked. He worked with me to get me into that car. This is my second car I’ve purchased at Hyannis Toyota and I’m happy to say that I received the same great service the last time I went there. I don’t know why I wasted time going to any other dealerships on Cape Cod. And my 562nd reason for loving Hyannis Toyota and Bryan scarpelini…. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Never and nowhere have I received better care and consideration than with Toyota and Bryan. I went in today because I had had a tire blowout and couldn’t reach the tire insurance company in a timely fashion. I had to buy a tire 70 miles away from home. this voided the insurance. I entered this Toyota Dealership several weeks ago, as I have been looking for a pre-owned RAV4. Having test driven a newer RAV4 at Falmouth Toyota, I liked the car, but not necessary the salesperson. The dealership atmosphere and personnel were okay, but they felt like old-fashioned car dealers who were used to playing the same car-buying games.
I had contacted your online sales person, Tim Fenner, recently, about cars on the lot in Hyannis, and Tim promptly returned my email. The message that he left was very nice and felt very “no-pressure”. When I stopped in I was greeted by Tim and Donna (my apologies, but I forgot her last name). Although this was supposed to be a casual visit, Tim seemed sense my needs when we started talking about price and models. Tim was able to locate a pre-owned and certified SUV that met all of my needs; a RAV4 Limited. I got everything I was looking for: heated power leather seats, moon roof, blue tooth capability, and a car that was in excellent condition. Between Tim and Rob Iodice, we were able to negotiate a workable price and monthly payment for the vehicle. Although I wasn’t necessarily planning to drive an SUV home that day, they both made it possible during my stay at the dealership. I left a very happy customer and have been enjoying the SUV ever since. Given the weather we have been having lately, I feel secure in know that this SUV will make my work trips safer and more comfortable.

In with the old and out with the new in one day. The day before Christmas I went to Hyannis Toyota with the thought of trading my 2006 4Runner for a new Rav4 since my wife and I needed more economical utility and thought the Rav would be a better fit. I worked again with Jeremy Holzworth with whom I have worked with in the past on other purchases. There was an immediate ambient of comfort since we know each other well. In fact both my son and I have purchased Toyotas with Jeremy. I had run my 4Runner through auto trader so I knew its value and expected nothing less. To my surprise I got something more than I expected. This speaks volumes for a Toyota product. I had paid $23,000 for the 4Runner 5 years ago and was allowed $15,500 in trade toward the Rav4. That means a depreciation of about $1500 per year which I think is excellent compared to other brands. As we went through offers Jeremy always asked what will make you comfortable? All through the process I felt like I was speaking with a friend not a salesman. Our relationship is open and honest and Jeremy creates that atmosphere. So once we agreed on a deal, a phone call was made to my insurance company followed by finalizing the paper work. Another plus for this dealership is that they are able to generate their own registrations which saves time for everyone involved. So by early afternoon I was heading out the door with my new Rav4. It is my pleasure to endorse both Jeremy and Hyannis Toyota.

In looking for a new car we visited 5 dealers, 2 Ford and 3 Toyota dealerships. Tim Fenny was the most professional of all the sales people we had discussions with. He had great product knowledge, “listened” to what we had to say and never down graded competition even when we made an initial decision to purchase another brand. When we came back proceeded to really seek out the car we were looking for and came up with very competitive pricing. First of all the customer service was great as they always found my sales consultant John Riley(JR) right away as I was calling from California to Massachusetts (as well as from Alaska). Even though we couldn’t decide what car we wanted John Riley our rep patiently and responsively helped us figure it out. The quality of work was great as we eventually got the car model and color we wanted with 29,000 miles less than what we saw elsewhere and expected. John and the receptionist were very friendly, always asked how we were doing and John actually delivered the car to my mom in Chatham 30 miles away! My mom is very happy with the 2010 Silver Corolla and the price met our budget so we felt the overall experience was great.

Recently I walked into your dealership and your reptionist greated me cordially and he asked if there was there anything we could help you with? My response was to chat with a sales consultant. He promply introduced me to Tim Fenney. I expressedI was looking for a Pick-up Truck. He attentively listened to my needs and promptly said “let’s take a walk and I will show you our inventory”. He was patient to wait for my response to the various vehicle we saw. Almost like a Psychologist! My intrinsic feeling was Hum!! Little did he know that my graduate and post-graduate studies are in that field nor would he find out until after delivery. I admire that demean’or in a sales representative. As I am the Principal of a Realestate Company here on Nanucket, if I could surround myself with Agents and Brokers like Mr. Fenny it would be a “Home Run” as I recognize that not only would I expand my busines, through serving The Highest and best interest for both Patrons and my company. Kudos to The Principal and Management for finding this Professional “Tim Fenny” and the Sales Manager as well.

I had to bring my Tundra in right after the last snowstorm with a 4 wheel drive problem. they took my truck that day. diagnosed the problem gave me an estimate (even though the part was a little more expensive than quoted they fixed it as quoted).more and told the part would be in the next day. It took a little longer to get the repair done. I couldn’t get there to pick the truck up, so Rusty Macdonald my service tech deliver’d it to me personally on Sat while I was at work. That’s SERVICE!
